All orders regardless of weight & size incur a shipping fee, Standard Delivery is $22.00USD, and Express Delivery is $44.00USD this includes your shipping, packaging, handling and most importantly delivery assurance.
Orders over $1,500.00USD will receive free shipping. Please visit the Coupon Codes section from time to time as we offer discounts and coupons through out the year.
Depending on the size of your order, express delivery can take anywhere from to 3-14 days. Stealth packaging is used on all orders outside of the EU. Standard delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
For busier times of the year such as during the Christmas period, please allow an extra week for delivery. Note: Where possible, place your order in advance..
Covid-19 Update: Couriers are experiencing some delays as they are extremely under resourced, this could impact the delivery time on your order between 1-2 weeks.
Once your order is completed – upon checkout, you will be re-directed to our bitcoin payment gateway. Once payment is made, wait a few minutes and you will receive an order confirmation. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know payment has been received. Once payment is received we will dispatch your order usually within 24hrs – 48hrs.

We offer ONE reship at 1/3 of your order purchase price on orders that adhere to the following conditions:

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
The customer is responsible for any data entry errors and / or the incompleteness of the delivery address (changes can be made if your order has not been shipped).
The products are prepared and packaged in their original or discreet packaging.
You can expect delivery of your products in most cases between 1-2 weeks depending on your method of shipping.
Standard shipping can take longer. We highly recommend Express Freight for all orders. This is entirely at your own discretion.
Once your order has been placed, in order for you to receive your order as quickly as possible we pass your order on to our logistics team immediately and your order is then processed usually within 24hrs. If for some reason you have made a mistake on the order, as long as the replaced item is less or the equivalent in value we can make the necessary changes (within 24hrs). Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled as we only take payment via BTC.
